The first principle we rely on and operate by is the one given by the philosopher and mathematician René Descartes, who is "guilty" of inventing the Cartesian system (thus, the RePeRelor) that we follow every day. Without Descartes' work, the GPS system would not have existed, which means that transportation would have taken weeks or months instead of one or two days, and the technology we use today would not have existed.
In the year 1637, Descartes gifted us the principle "Dubito, ergo cogito; cogito, ergo sum," or more briefly and translated, "I think, therefore I am."
Our logo, the name of the company, the product codes, that RPR (RePeR), are a deep gratitude and an ode dedicated to Descartes, without whom neither our daily life nor transportation would be what we know and enjoy today.
And REPER means the reference system, the benchmark, your GPS in the automotive, industrial, and technical fields.
