We want the products you ordered to be prepared and shipped quickly, in the best conditions.
Below you will find essential information about shipping deadlines, commercial conditions, and related responsibilities.
📦 SHIPPING METHOD
Orders placed on the site are shipped via express courier throughout Romania, through the following partners:
- SameDay
- DSC Dragon Star Courier
- PTT Express
- FedEx
- (upon request, we can also ship via other couriers)
Shipping is done to the address indicated in the order, on business days, from Monday to Friday.
⏱ SHIPPING TERMS
- For in-stock products, the shipping time is **1–3 business days** from the order confirmation.
- For products available "on demand," the shipping time is communicated individually, depending on the supplier's/manufacturer's stock and the duration of procurement.
At the time of shipment, you will receive an SMS / WhatsApp / email with the **AWB number** and the **tracking link for the package**.
⚖️ COMMERCIAL TERMS – EXW
All orders are processed according to the commercial term **EXW (Ex Works)**.
This means that the products are considered delivered at the moment of **handing over to the courier, designated by the client or by REPER V TRANS SRL**.
After the package is handed over to the carrier, **the responsibility for any damages, losses, or delays falls to the courier company and the client**.
REPER V TRANS SRL ensures the proper packaging of products in accordance with transportation regulations.
💰 SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost for national and international orders is **automatically calculated by the platform**, based on:
- the chosen carrier,
- selected delivery method,
- the total weight and volume of the package.
This estimated cost is displayed at the time of order completion.
For **oversized, bulky, or heavy products** (e.g., bumpers, wings, body parts), the final shipping cost may **differ from the initial estimate**.
In any case, the customer is informed before shipping to confirm the updated value of the transport at the time of order processing.
💳 PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for the order:
- Cash on delivery
- Online with card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer – for prepaid orders or businesses
⚠️ RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
We kindly ask that upon receiving the package, you **carefully check the received products!**
Any complaints regarding the absence of items or their damage during transport must be reported to **the courier company's agent immediately upon receipt of the package**.
It is **mandatory** to complete **a report of findings** together with the representative of the courier company!
In the absence of this document, **it cannot be considered that the damage to the products occurred during transport**, and subsequent complaints **will not be able to be resolved**, as the courier company **can no longer be held accountable**.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Upon request, we can also ship to other countries in the European Union.
The cost of international shipping is automatically calculated by the platform, based on the destination, weight, and selected carrier.
For bulky products or special deliveries, our team will contact you to confirm the final costs.
