Return Policy

1. The right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with OUG 34/2014 art. 9/1 within a period of 14 days - the conditions and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, for the cases provided in this ordinance, in the form of the following clause: "the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract concluded outside commercial premises, without being required to justify the decision to withdraw".


2. Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer informs the professional (seller) of their decision to withdraw from the contract in writing at the email address:return@repervtrans.com/

  • a) - according to the legislation in force, the right of withdrawal applies only to individual customers;
  • b) - The right of withdrawal within 14 days applies only to products delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, in its original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents;

3. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund for the product will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.


4. In the case of orders that benefited from free shipping (according to the terms onwww.repervtrans.comthe section information/product delivery) and subsequently are returned partially (the order value falls below the threshold for free delivery) or totally, for various reasons not attributable to the seller (e.g., purchasing products at one's own risk, without providing the seller with information about the vehicle (including chassis number/VIN), incorrectly communicated identification data to the seller, modifications made to the vehicle compared to the original version that were not disclosed to the seller), the delivery fee initially granted for free is borne by the customer.

After we receive the return in our warehouse, we will check the condition of the returned products, and we will then inform you of the return status.


The following are considered non-returnable products and are not accepted for return, so no refunds will be issued:


  • a) - the packaging is damaged, without the specific labels and inscriptions;
  • b) - is not in the original packaging in which it was delivered;
  • c) - are missing the original accessories and components;
  • d) - shows signs of assembly, painting, or welding;
  • e) - are original equipment (OE) and are ordered from external warehouses through special orders for which payment in advance has been requested, or they are ordered incorrectly because the buyer did not provide the vehicle identification details and the chassis number, or these were communicated incorrectly;
  • f) - are programmed modules, special parts manufactured for automobiles outside the European space, safety parts (e.g., airbags, seat belts), covers and coatings;
  • g) - all products marked on the online store as non-returnable;
  • h) - all products that are brought in or produced on demand, those in pre-order status and those on special order;
  • i) - all products that require payment in advance;
  • j) - Original products, OEM;
  • k) - Oils, maintenance liquids (Antifreeze, brake fluid, etc.), bulbs, and maintenance solutions (Car Polish, dashboard maintenance, dashboard silicone, glass solution, etc.)


The return will be made through any express courier company that offers door-to-door delivery, to the address: Blvd. Basarabia 256G, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania.

  • Please do not request the value of returned products via cash on delivery; it will be refunded to a bank account after our representatives receive the products.
  • We do not accept packages sent with shipping costs paid by the recipient;
  • We do not accept packages sent back via Romanian Post;

The returned products must be properly packaged to be protected during transport; if the returned products arrive to us damaged, regardless of whether they were damaged by the customer or during transit/delivery from the customer to us, they become ineligible for return.


Original products and/or those that are made to special order cannot be returned; returns are not accepted from individuals or legal entities.


The special order is considered firm at the time of the advance payment, which is non-refundable in case the customer changes their mind and cancels the order.


Oils, maintenance liquids (antifreeze, brake fluid, etc.), bulbs, and maintenance solutions (car polish, dashboard maintenance, dashboard silicone, glass solution, etc.) are not accepted for return, neither from individuals nor from legal entities.
